Users may be eligible to obtain a complete refund if they have not completed the Sri Lanka e-Visa application fully. At this organisation, a refund is provided to users based on the stage of their eTA application. Generally, the service charge component is refunded by us. The service charge component is basically fifty percent of the entire fee charged by us.
Please note that the Government Levy will not be refunded in the case of:- The Sri Lanka e-Visa application has been submitted/lodged on the Government site online. No consideration will be given to the result of the eTA application in this case of refund.
